In my current role, I am responsible for writing clear and accurate manuals and technical documentation, ensuring complex information is presented in an accessible and well-structured way. I create 3D visualizations and illustrations to support product instructions, and handle the DTP and graphic design of manuals to deliver visually consistent and user-friendly materials.

In this role, I coordinated the production and distribution of a wide range of printed materials for Bever. I was responsible for creating signage plans for new store openings and refurbishments, ensuring all visual communication aligned with brand standards. I managed projects related to the rollout of new retail concepts and marketing tools, overseeing timelines and stakeholder alignment.

As a Visual Merchandiser, I was responsible for safeguarding the overall store appearance and ensuring consistent brand presentation across all retail locations. I served as the primary point of contact for store management, providing guidance on visual standards and supporting day-to-day execution.

I coordinated seasonal store changeovers, managing planning, communication, and on-site implementation to create inspiring and commercially effective layouts.
